The APPAid Committee, in collaboration with the LGBT Committee, invites you on a journey towards openness to others. They invite you to think about how we could experience our differences together, a reality that is experienced daily in our different workplaces.

How can we deal with people who have values other than ours?

During this conference, diversity will be demystified in its broadest sense. Following this, two different workshops will offer a more in-depth exploration of these topics.

As a group, we will discuss these new concepts and propose ways to implement them at work.
