Pioneers<\/strong><\/p>\n

The matchmakers at the E. B. Eddy factory in Hull worked in appalling conditions at the beginning of the 20th century. Their two historic strikes made them pioneers in occupational health and safety.<\/p>\n

Concrete actions must be taken at all times to ensure the protection of all workers and improve working conditions.<\/p>\n
