35 000 members, reunited in their general assemblies, voted to ratify the global agreement in principle by 91 %. It is therefore with a clear and strong mandate that the 2020-2023 round of negotiations come to an end, which permitted, with the initiative of the CSN, a special attention being brought to the low income employees of the public sector.

The APPA-EMSB and CSSDM accreditations held separate General Assemblies this week to exercise our right to vote on the Global Agreement in Principle.  A total of 92.5% of the EMSB members in attendance and 84.2% of CSSDM members voted to accept the agreement.
