The Union Council acts as an administrator and a guide for the union between General Assembly meetings. It resolves all issues that concern union members. It answers all questions that arise concerning the application and negotiation of clauses of the Collective Agreement as well as those concerning any local agreements that ensue. It settles all union budgetary questions. Information on the responsibilities of the union council can be found in Chapter 7.1.6 of the APPA Constitution
