NOTICE FOR SPECIAL EDUCATION SUPPORT STAFF WITH REGULAR POSITIONS:
The staffing session for REGULAR special ed support staff was not held in June as usual. The staffing sessions will be held in AUGUST, before the beginning of the school year. An email from Human Resources was sent to all special education support staff at the end of June.
Please pay attention to your EMSB emails throughout July and August for updates and/or important documents from the Human Resources Department.
It is mandatory to be present for your staffing session. However, due to these exceptional circumstances, if you are out of the province and unable to attend, only the APPA may act your proxy.

WE WILL NOT ACCEPT ANY PROXY FORMS UNTIL THE PROJECTED SENIORITY LIST (WITH ABOLISHMENTS AND VACANCIES) FROM HUMAN RESOURCES HAS BEEN SENT.
UNION OFFICE SUMMER SHUTDOWN:
Please note that the APPA-EMSB office will be closed from July 1 to August 14, 2026.
We will reopen on Monday, August 17. If you have an urgent issue during the closure, you may leave a message or send an email. We will respond as soon as possible once we’re back.
